The Department of Thai Gastronomy, Dusit Thani Hotel School, is accepting students for its 7th weekday classes, starting on Monday, August 29th till Friday, September 23rd, 2016 as well as for its 3rd and final Saturday classes of the year, starting on Saturday, September 17th till Saturday, December 17th, 2016.

Students will learn to prepare 30 Thai dishes and 15 Thai desserts, as well as other related subjects such as fruit and vegetable carving for dish presentation, Thai restaurant and Thai kitchen operations management, 3 hours per day, 15 hours per week, totaling to 60 hours in 4 weeks or in one month only for the weekday classes but on 10 Saturdays (6 hours per day also totaling to 60 hours) for the weekend classes. Upon graduation, they will receive Certificates of Achievement accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education with which they can embark on a professional career of a Thai Chef and/or open a Thai restaurant.
