Special Dutch-inspired dishes will be created by Albert Kooy (5th left), masterchef and executive chef from Stenden University the Netherlands, which will all be featured on the hotel's buffet and a la carte menu. The event's exclusive opening party was held at Blue Sky Bar and Dining, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok.
