This year at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, our creative pastry chefs celebrate the festive season with a contemporary interpretation of a traditional Yule log. The delicious cake combines with French pâtisserie expertise with local flavors. Drawing inspiration from exotic Thai fruits, the heart of the Yule log is a passion fruit marshmallow rolled in mango jelly. The sourness of passion fruit and mango is balanced by coconut mousse, crispy rice for texture and a chocolate base. The Yule log is finished with a colorful pandan and passion fruit glaze. Order from 20 December 2016 – 6 January 2017. Price: THB 1,250 ++.
