This year, on Christmas Eve relive the experience of magical discovery at our Magnifique Christmas Market. Mouthwatering seafood and authentic festive specialties await; a truly magnifique affair for the whole family.
Celebrate Christmas with a sumptuous buffet of seasonal favorites from the eight international cooking stations including a Brazilian rock lobster per person, a bountiful catch of Mediterranean sea urchins, freshly shucked oysters including Fine de Normandie, grey and Mediterranean Bouzigues, langoustines, Baridi snow crab and fresh razor shells, brown crabs, succulent Tasmanian mussels, scallops, vernis, crayfish, and river and tiger prawns with a range of classic and spicy sauces. You can also enjoy a selection of beautifully presented sushi, sashimi, king salmon and fresh Hamachi yellowtail tuna, roasted whole turkey, giblet sauce, stuff bread with dried fruit, cranberry, French-style rotisserie, roasted marinated lamb leg, rosemary jus, mustard, mint jelly, coq au vin, roasted beef tenderloin, pumpkin puree and red wine sauce, and much more. The set menu at L'Appart features gourmet ingredients decorated in a playful way to make your fairy tale dinner dreams come true. William's favorite story is the Ugly Duckling which inspired the dish of pan roasted duck fillet served with celeriac mousseline, red apple black sesame cream, and black pepper tuile.
Our Parisian-style rooftop bar and restaurant, L'Appart, is an elegant venue for a memorable start to Christmas. With beautiful table decorations and gourmet highlights including French foie gras, Hokkaido scallops, Australian veal, bûche de Noël, and more, it will make Christmas magnifique.
