Welcome to the magnificent Muse underground gathering and see out the 2016 with an unforgettable 5-course Italian set menu with the option of our sommelier's wine pairings at Medici Kitchen and Bar. The refined dinner will include a starter of stuffed baby zucchini with stracchino cheese and sausage served with shaved black winter truffle from Norcia accompanied by Prego, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, 2014, Italy, baked giant shell pasta with wild boar ragout, beschamel sauce and caciocavallo cheese served with Beni di Batasiolo, Sabri, Barbera D'Asti, DOC, 2013, and pomegranate and Prosecco sorbet, followed by a main dish of grilled Europe bison rib eye served with morel mushroom sauce and Tuscan black cabbage with Villa Cornaro, Classico Superiore, Amarone 2008 or John dory fillet crusted with black olives served with potato, cherry tomato and Mediterranean herbs paired with Garofoli Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico, DOC 2014. The dinner will end with cream cheese mousse with crunchy feuillatine, Italian meringue, mix berries and Grand Marnier sauce and a celebratory glass of Tenuta San Giorgio "Bizzarro" Manzoni Moscato Spumante Dolce V.S.A.Q. There will also be a live band to take you towards the countdown to 2017!
