Classic Vietnamese dishes at Oasis throughout January

Three classic Vietnamese dishes are on the menu at Oasis in Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya throughout January.

Everyone knows and loves Vietnamese spring rolls, made with rice paper rolled and packed with shrimp, lettuce, soya sprouts, glass noodles and mint, and dabbed into a peanut sauce dip to create a burst of flavour. Oasis price is THB 280++.

Banh mi is a famous product of French colonialism, the name translating as "wheat cake" and most usually referring to a baguette. At Oasis the baguette is stuffed with pork to make a hearty sandwich, and priced at THB 300++.

Banh canh, on the other hand, means "soup cake", and is a thick Vietnamese noodle made from tapioca flour served in a broth, together with other ingredients – at Oasis pork spare ribs are added. Price per bowl is THB 250++.

Oasis is for families, groups of friends, couples and individuals, and offers indoor and outdoor seating. Located on the lobby level, the restaurant is open from 06.00 to 23.00 hrs. For reservations please call 038-714981.
