Teradata Appoints New Managing Director for Thailand

Teradata to Support Organizations in Thailand in Utilizing Data and Analytics to Embrace Digitization

Teradata (NYSE: TDC), the leading analytic data solutions company, today announced that it has appointed Jeerapa Kongswangwongsa as its new Managing Director for Thailand. Jeerapa will report to Attif Khattari, General Manager for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (SMT).

Jeerapa will be responsible for developing Teradata's business in Thailand in order to support customers in the way they can use data and analytics to drive business growth and outcomes. Her team's focus will be on penetrating new sectors while continuing to help existing and new customers uncover game-changing business insights from vast volumes of data to align with the Thai Government's Thailand 4.0 vision.

Jeerapa has 20 years of industry expertise spanning International (UK & US), Asia Pacific, emerging markets as well as local market experience focused on banking, finance, Telco, retail, energy and airline sectors. Prior to Teradata, she was the Regional Managing Director of Indochina, and prior to that Vice President of Business Development for Ingenico Asia Pacific headquarters and Thailand board of Director. In a three year period, the business and headcount in Thailand for Indochina grew more than 15 fold. Prior to Ingenico, Jeerapa worked for Aci Worldwide, HP and IBM primarily overseeing the regional and local sales, marketing, R&D, and services teams as well as the business operations serving customers across Asia.
