Photo Release: TMAN organizes 2017 AGM of TREIT unitholders,reporting a revenue growth of 57.77%

TICON Management Co., Ltd. (TMAN), the REIT manager of TICON Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (TREIT) recently organized AGM of TREIT's unitholders for the year 2017 on 26 April 2017. The meeting acknowledged the TREIT's 2016 performance with total income of Bt655.77 million, which increased by Bt240.13 million or 57.77 percent compared to the previous year. Net investment income was Bt397.12 million, which increased by Bt110.57 million or 38.59 percent from the year 2016. Therefore, the company is confident that TREIT will generate the continually appropriate returns on investment as TMAN's plan in acquiring more assets from domestic and abroad to TREIT, and also seeking the opportunity to convert of property funds managed by TICON Group. Upon completion of the conversion, it is expected that the total asset size of TREIT will reach Bt30 billion, making TREIT become one of the most competitive trusts in the region as planned."
