Mr. Christoffer graduated from the prestigious Les Roches, School of Hotel Management in Bluche, Switzerland. He initially embarked on his career in food and beverages with internships at internationally renowned brands, such as Ritz Carlton, and became a member of the pre-opening team for Grand Hyatt Doha. He developed his expertise and progressed in his career as the Restaurant Manager, then as the Assistant Food & Beverages Manager at OZO Chaweng Samui, which is part of the ONYX Hospitality Group. With eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, Christoffer now strives to apply his knowledge and experience at Cafe Claire, Oriental Residence Bangkok.
