Chef Alvin Leung Presents Hong Kong Flavours with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

Lee Kum Kee has once again supported "In Style - Hong Kong" organised by Hong Kong Trade and Development Council (HKTDC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 7 and 8 November to promote Chinese cuisines worldwide.   Chef Alvin Leung of a three-Michelin-star restaurant, who is nicknamed "The Demon Chef", specially designed an appetiser at the gala dinner with a hint of Hong Kong flavours using Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce.

This mega event kicked off with a two-day trade expo converging a wide range of unique Hong Kong brands, followed by a service symposium and a gala dinner engaging top officials and business leaders from Malaysia and Hong Kong. At the gala dinner, Chef Alvin Leung modernised Chinese cuisines and transformed Hong Kong-Style Fried Milk with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce into an appetiser "Ode to the Dragon", bringing all guests a new taste sensation of Hong Kong and an exquisite dining experience. Chef Alvin Leung holds three Michelin stars at a restaurant in Hong Kong and is famous for a special style of cooking called "X-Treme Chinese", blending fusion cuisine and molecular gastronomy.

"As the inventor of oyster sauce and the world's No. 1 oyster sauce brand for ten consecutive years*, Lee Kum Kee is very honoured to be one of the chosen brands to represent Hong Kong's vibrancy and creativity. Lee Kum Kee set up its production base in Malaysia 20 years ago and we are committed to growing the market.
