At Up & Above Bar guests can indulge in sweet delights that include seasonal Daifuku, Tsubaki macarons, Tsubaki tea cake, rhubarb crumble tart, almond crunchy chocolate truffle, cream roll, and blackcurrant montblanc. Also available are scones with artisan clotted cream, jams and preserves. Savoury treats include ricotta tartine, avocado, smoked salmon and lemon zest, marinated prawns with tomato and orange jelly, mini brioche with duck rillettes and cranberry, and smoked eggplant, sun-dried tomato and basil on rye. All make the perfect companion to a cup of freshly brewed premium Mariage Freres tea and Saro teas or rich illy coffee. It is also paired beautifully with a glass of Sake or chilled Champagne or Prosecco.
