La Tavola & Wine Bar is hosting a decadent five-course gourmet dinner carefully crafted by our Italian Executive Sous Chef Salvatore Catania – all of which are paired beautifully with Castello Banfi wines. Some of the highlight menus include Lobster Comfit set on truffle stracciatella, artichoke and sun-dried tomato; Hokkaido scallop with porcini, celeriac puree and squid ink tuile; and Black Angus Short Rib, a 24-hour slow-cooked and balsamic glazed, pumpkin gnocchi and vegetable roots.
The five-course degustation menu paired with excellent Castello Banfi wines is priced at THB 2,800++ per person. Dinner is served at 7pm at La Tavola & Wine Bar, on 3rd floor. Advance reservation is highly recommended.
