Head to Ginger at Holiday Inn Bangkok for delicious mussels in a wide variety of preparations.

Every Sunday to Thursday, guests can choose from dishes including: fish and mussel; broccoli egg and mussel sauce; mussel stew with sausage; potato and mussel cake; potato mussel gratin; polpettone mussel; fish and mussel in pesto; cioppino (pasta, bean and mussel); and mussel pilaf.

Mussel promotion at Ginger restaurant is available at dinner from 2 January 2018 to 31 March 2018. Price at Baht 499++ per person.

Ginger restaurant's open-kitchen concept features live cooking stations serving up noodle soup, pad Thai and pasta made to order. Other highlights include Thai roasted chicken, hoi tod (fried crispy mussels and oyster omelet), as well as an array of tempting desserts.

Ginger is open every day from 6:00 to 22:00 hours.
