Fried shrimps with Salted Yolk Egg Sauce possesses a flavor as rich as its golden appearance, and its new taste is irresistible.

Chef Jacky has brought in fresh river prawn, and removed shells and dark veins, seasoning them with a bit of salt and white pepper powder. Then he gently coats each one in sifted corn flour and fries it up to the perfect degree. His Salted Yolk Egg Sauce has been created by mixing the salted egg yolks, along with his secret sauce, in a pan, frying until it attains a beautiful golden hue, and then adding the fried prawn to the pan.

The last step, of course, is to simply enjoy it.
