Rajiv Mangal (seventh right), President and CEO of Tata Steel (Thailand) Plc, recently presided over the opening ceremony of the charity walk-and-run event "Tata Steel Mini Marathon 2018 Run for War Veterans", joined by General Sampan Tanyapuch (eighth right), Director-General of the War Veterans Organisation of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King. The event, held at The Crystal PTT Chaiyapruek in Nonthaburi, aimed to strengthen good health of Thai people by running or walking and to honour war veterans and donated all proceeds without any expenses' deduction to the War Veterans Organisation of Thailand on the occasion of its 70th anniversary for purchasing medical equipment and supporting war veterans' families.
