A simple but exceedingly tasty authentic Korean dish, Gol Baeng Yi Gook Too is Top Shell (sea snail) salad with wheat noodles and seasonal vegetables, enticingly spiced with chili paste sauce. The special Kongju recipe includes onions, green onions, carrot, cucumber, boiled egg, chilis, sesame oil and sesame seeds, and it is available for lunch and dinner at the special price of THB 350 nett throughout March.
