Wild boar, a darker, denser variation of pork, and imported from Italy, is Chef Roberto's supreme special in March. For his "Stufato di Cinghiale alla Mediterranea" the boar is cooked slowly for 4 hours, until tender and moist, and served with a pumpkin puree and deep-fried smoked Scamorza cheese. A strong yet delicate flavor, straight from the shores of the Mediterranean, will delight all Italian food lovers. Available for lunch and dinner at Terrazza, this superb dish is only THB 680 nett throughout the month.
