Meet your instructor chef in the hotel lobby and travel to the morning Sam Yan market by tuk-tuk to shop for ingredients and sample local street food. Return to the hotel and enjoy a fresh coconut at Zin Bar, before heading over to the poolside sala for the hands-on theory session and cooking class. Learn about Thai cuisine's cultural significance and health benefits, indigenous ingredients and cooking equipment, as well as convenient replacements to use at home. Pick up secret tips in a step by step class.
