SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, BANGKOK’S SHANG PALACE OFFERS ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT DIM SUM LUNCH ON WEEKDAYS

Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok invites diners to indulge in a yum cha experience with 46 choices of homemade dim sum prepared in authentic style for lunch at Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant. Served every Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Bt788 net per person, the menu features a variety of steamed, pan- and deep-fried, and baked dim sum, along with rice rolls, soup, congee, barbecued dishes and desserts.

The extensive delicious all-you-can-eat dim sum consists of 15 varieties of steamed dim sum, such as Steamed Siew Mai with Shrimp Roe, Steamed Spinach Siew Mai, Xiao Long Bao, Steamed Fish stuffed with Minced Shrimp, Steamed Sweet Cream Buns, Steamed Sticky Rice with Roasted Duck and Chicken, and Homemade Bean Curd with Crab Meat.

The pan- and deep-fried and baked dim sum selection includes Pan-Fried Skin Bean Curd Stuffed with Prawn, Deep-Fried Shrimp and Sesame Spring Rolls, Deep-Fried Mashed Taro with Seafood, Deep-Fried Vegetable Dumplings and Baked Mini Egg Tarts.

The menu also features Steamed Rice Rolls with Honey Glazed Pork, Congee with Minced Pork and Preserved Egg, Crispy Pork Belly, Honey-Glazed Pork Char Siew, Aromatic Sesame Jelly Fish Cucumber Salad, Hot-and-Sour Soup with Seafood, Double-Boiled Mushroom Soup, and Mapo Tofu with Minced Pork Sichuan-Style.

Diners can conclude their dim sum lunch experience with five varieties of desserts, which include Chilled Mango Pudding, Tea Oil Cantonese Sponge Cake, Chilled Sago with Cantaloupe Cream, Glutinous Dumplings with Black Sesame Paste and Rice Dumplings in Ginger Tea.
