The star-studded event was truly a unique experience, bringing over 50 people together for a workout in the dark. Stars such as Woody and Twopee Southside helped celebrate, with the nightclub lighting and flashes of neon clothing illuminating a packed BASE studio.
Two packed training sessions were held - the 'Sunset Session' as the sun went down and the studio got darker, as well as the main event which turned BASE into a training environment that was the first of its kind in Bangkok.
The city's hip-hop favourite DJ Tob from the Bangkok Invaders was spinning tunes all night, powering the workout and keeping everyone energized and moving.
Donations were made throughout the night to SATI, a Bangkok-based charity that does important work in helping Thailand's youth. 100% of ticket sale revenue was also donated.
"We had a fun night that everyone enjoyed, that also raised money for SATI and awareness of what we do" said Saks Rouypirom, Founder of SATI and managing partner at Broccoli Revolution. "It's always great to think of creative ways to raise money and spread awareness of our message. This event certainly made a big impact!"
The event was a chance to both celebrate BASE's achievement and give back, said Jack Thomas, BASE Founder and CEO.
"Our award was a victory for Thailand on the international stage, so I wanted our event to not just be a celebration of this, but an opportunity give back to a country I love. A country that has given me so much."
