The World restaurant is located in a lofty potion overlooking central Bangkok at Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Visit us on a Thursday (from 18.00 to 22.30) and, alongside our regular international buffet stations, you'll be treated to some of the finest and freshest Italian produce as well as some special cooked-to-order dishes.
Highlights include 'Bistecca alla Fiorentina' (Grilled Marinated Porterhouse Steaks with Garlic and Rosemary) and Baked Sea Bass with olive oil, oregano and salsa verde – both of which can be discovered at the restaurant's carving station.
Pasta is a staple of any Italian's diet, so on Thursdays at The World you'll find additions of 'gnocchi with four cheese sauce', 'gnocchi with pesto' and 'tortellini with Bolognese sauce'.
Our team of internationally-trained in-house chefs have also added some Italian-inspired starters and mains to the all-you-can-eat spread, including Octopus with pomegranate, Lamb Osso Bucco with gremalata and Sausage Cannelloni with Spinach and Ricotta.
