Chefs from dusitD2 & Dusit Princess Chiang Mai won one sliver and two bronze medals from THAIFEX – World of Food Asia 2018

Our three talented chefs won three medals from Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2018 at THAIFEX – World of Food Asia 2018 from 29 May to 2 June 2018 at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Centre Bangkok, Thailand. The purpose of this competition is to find the ultimate world standard chef from 1,000 contestants in over 10 countries. Our chefs won in the following categories:

Hot Cooking Culinary Challenge

Chef Phormphong Kamon, a chef at dusitD2 Chiang Mai, won the silver medal in the Hot Cooking Competition with his Duck 2-way.

Amazing Massaman Challenge

Chef Atcharalug Kaewkerd and Chef Aekkalak Chaywongsakul, chefs from dusitD2 and Dusit Princess Chiang Mai won bronze medals in Amazing Massaman Challenge with their Chicken Massaman.

Chef Chalong Sakkapalangkul, Executive Thai Chef at dusitD2 and Dusit Princess Chiang Mai, served as a "Honourable Committee Judge from WACS (World Association of Chef Societies)" with his professional experience in the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2018.
