Central Pattana (CPN), Thailand's largest retail developer, represented by President and CEO Mr. Preecha Ekkunagul, has announced that CPN organizes the grand opening celebration for its newly renovated CentralPlaza Rama III under the concept of 'Where Nature Meets Urban Living', complemented by nature in all dimensions in a 'Triple Lifestyle', aiming to become a 'Center of Hip Lifestyle Quality'. The new CentralPlaza Rama III will offer urban living that prioritizes quality and a unique lifestyle for the Rama III area (which is considered a 'hip district') and also become the most comprehensive food destination of Rama III, where restaurants and the shopping center itself are decorated with a natural environment in the heart of the city. A total investment of 1.2 billion baht is being spent on the renovations. Central Rama III is holding a celebration with the 'Triple Happiness Event' from 9th-31st August 2018 under the concept of a 'Fallen Garden', decorated with beautiful blooming flowers, with the highlights being a flower sculpture, a 3-storey-high waterfall curtain decorated with over 44,000 red carnations and flower installations designed by well-known artist Khru Parn – Somnuek Klangnok.

In this renovation, we are also implementing 'Destination Concepts' in the design of each part of the shopping center in order to create an experience that connects with each customer's personal lifestyle. Our main concept was to renovate this shopping center to a 'Center of Hip Lifestyle Quality' that is able to meet the lifestyle demands of the people in the Rama III area. This is a residential area that has people with a high income and expats; it also has high growth in real estate development projects i.e. condominiums, townhomes and home offices. Our target customers cover families, teenagers, and the new generation of working people, and we expect to boost customer traffic by 30%."
