At Yamazato, the hotel's Michelin Plate signature Japanese restaurant, Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara celebrates the festive season with exquisite Japanese Gozen and Kaiseki dinner throughout December. The festive Gozen lunch includes many dishes such as crab dumpling with a hint of yuzu soup, three kinds of sashimi, minced duck ball, daikon and spinach in soup and assorted fruits served with matcha pudding and sweet beans with egg yolk sauce, while the festive Kaiseki dinner includes sea urchin dumpling with mushroom with a hint of yuzu, four kinds of sashimi, assorted tempura with snow crab, pond smelt, sweet potato, maitake mushroom and asparagus, oyster vermicelli noodles served with dried gourd shaving sushi roll, and baked apple with matcha sauce and sweet beans served with vanilla ice cream.

Festive Gozen lunch is Baht 1,400++ per person and Festive Kaiseki dinner is Baht 4,700++ per person, available on 3 - 23 December 2018.

Make your Christmas truly memorable with delicious Japanese Gozen, Kaiseki, and Teppanyaki menus at Yamazato Restaurant. Served for lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the special dishes include simmered scallop, dried fig, shrimp with cream cheese sauce, seafood soup with eel, salmon, mussel and shrimp with hint of pepper, oyster yuzu confit with yuzu miso sauce, soft cod roe, sea urchin, grilled shiitake mushroom and salmon roe with Japanese chilli ponzu and much more created by Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara.

Christmas Gozen lunch is Baht 1,700++ per person, Christmas Kaiseki dinner is Baht 4,700++ per person and Christmas Teppanyaki served at the Teppanyaki counter is Baht 7,500++ for 2 persons, available on 24 - 25 December 2018.

Yamazato lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
