Guests will go on a sampling journey of the featured Chilean wines, provided by Thailand's premiere beverage distributor, Independent Wine and Spirit Co., alongside the exclusive four-course menu specially designed for the evening of wine tasting and fine dining.
4-Course Decadence
The evening begins with a reception cocktail pass at the ZOOM Sky Lounge on the 38th floor of Anantara Sathorn. Against the iconic backdrop of Bangkok's skyline, guests will sample a variety of delectable hors-d'oeuvres including Soft Shell Crab Spring Rolls, Lamb Brochette and Beef Tartarki plus several Seafood Delights.
Afterwards guests will be invited into the exclusive Kasara Executive Lounge, the sleek setting for an intimate evening of fine wine and dining overlooking the cityscape. Anantara Sathorn's own Chef Gibb and Chef Benz will present each course from live cooking stations.
Each entree highlights memorable seafood flavours from Butter-Poached Squid to Crab Meat Noodles. The main course features wild caught Steamed Garoupa, a prized Cantonese specialty, or the butcher's choice succulent Rib Eye.
The tasting will conclude with a luscious concoction of Coconut, Pandan and Chocolate.
