BEM conduct the Ceremony for the awarding art contest Happy Blue Line Again in 2019 Project

Mr. Pakapong Sirikantaramas Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand is the chairman of Ceremony for the awarding art contest "Happy Blue Line Again in 2019 Project" at Central Plaza Grand Rama9. Bangkok Expressway and Metro PLC and the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand organized The Project with the objective of providing opportunity for all student level and people who has skill and knowledge of art in " Happy Blue Line Activity " for sharing the story and experience through the MRT and public relation of Blue Line project and Blue Line Extension project, the Hua Lamphong – Bangkhae section that will operate in September 2019 and the Tao-Poon – Tha Phra section in March 2020. To create experiences for the children and the public to learn and use public transportation service.

From November 2018 – 29 March 2019 , "Happy Blue Line activity" conducted 3 activities such as the Drawing and painting contest, the Music contest and the Short Film contest. Providing workshop activities by the famous specialists to share their techniques and knowledge for creativity to all competitors. These activities have prizes worth more than million baht such as to 1st prize: Japan Package Tour, 2nd prize: MacBook laptop computer, and 3rd Prize: an IPad Pro.

The contest decision by qualified committee in the drawing contest is Mr. Chalit NakPaWan and Associate Professor SuTee KuNaWitChaYaNon, committee in the Music contest is Mr. SuMet AongArt and Mr. MonCheep SiWaSiNangGoon, committee in the short film contest is Mr. KoonKung KaoPuThai and Mr. NaPhat TungSaNga and committee from BEM is Mr. Alvin Gee, Deputy Managing Director with interested parties sending more than 500 entries.

This project is in line with the government's policy and the Ministry of Transport that focuses on the development of efficient public transport systems to enhance the quality of life and give happiness to passengers in order to achieve the goal of "One Transport for All".
