Our certified instructors will guide you through yoga sessions that suit your level of ability and deepen the connection between your mind, body and spirit.

Every Saturday from 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm at only THB. 300 net per class per person. Classes are limited to 10 participants per session and please be advised to make a reservation at least 4 hours prior to the class time.

Private yoga classes, tailored to your interest can be arranged on request for beginners to experts, helping to develop a practice that can be incorporated into a daily lifestyle.
