Thai Vietjet successfully hosted THAIPA Airline Pilot League 2019

Yesterday, Thai Vietjet successfully hosted the 6th annual THAIPA Airline Pilot League for all Thai pilots from different airlines in Thailand, together with THAIPA. The event was held at Grand Soccer Pro fields on Kaset Nawamin Road, with the participation of 26 teams with over 500 players from 12 airlines and aviation institutes in Thailand, categorized into 3 groups of general, senior and women.

After a full day of tournament, final winners have been named for all categories: Thai Airasia – general and women, Thai Airways – senior. Co-hosting the tournament for the first time, Thai Vietjet dedicated itself with diversified activities and also won 3rd prize for Senior, "Fair play" for General, 2nd prize for cheer performance and Miss Airline League of the tournament.

Brightening up the event, cabin crews from each airline also performed special cheer show and Miss Airlines League. Many fun activities were also carried out for participants to win souvenirs from sponsors including Singha Corporation, Major Cineplex Group, BMW Europa Motor, Red Bull, and Buasiri Buasalee Resort Chiang Rai.

THAIPA Airline Pilot League aims to create and strengthen good relationship among Thai pilots, and between the association with related organizations. The league also helps participants to understand working environment and promote safety culture, create connection among management and staff of the airlines in Thai aviation industry. The league was kicked off since 2014, which all the airlines take turn to host the league.
