The award recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellent administration and a management system for labour relations and employee welfare that meets strict criteria. Nestle's Bangchan Factory has received this award for 10 years in a row, reflecting the factory's principles of providing a work environment that meets the highest organizational standards to ensure employees have a quality work life and can provide a good living for their families.
