People inspired products means creating technology experiences for people, inspired by people. The new Belkin logo, nicknamed PIP for People Inspired Products, is an image of consisting of nice dots configured to create a universal symbol of a person. The logo is a visual representation revealing what defines Belkin and its products: connecting the dots between people and technology.
Belkin believes in the infinite potential of people and that technology should exist to serve people, not the other way around. To achieve the ideal of people inspired products, Belkin vows to listen to consumer insights and build products that address solutions to persistent problems and anticipate new needs. In other words, to make products that makes people’s lives easier.
The rebranding comes on the heels of the return of Belkin founder, Chet Pipkin, to the role of president and CEO. “Belkin has come a long way since the days I was building computer cables in my parent’s garage,” said Pipkin. “But I’m excited to be back leading the charge of a revitalized Belkin, one that is synonymous for quality, innovation, and, most of all products inspired by the potential of people.”
