Sennheiser is hosting its first-ever gaming-focused event as part of the 'Sennheiser Sound Forum' series in Bangkok, Thailand today. Whilst at the Thailand Game Show Big Festival 2016 in Bangkok, the German audio specialist introduced a new range of gaming products dedicated to superior gaming sound, the Sennheiser Gaming Forum focuses on the opportunity to meet and interact with gaming experts from the team at Sennheiser Communications A/S based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Apart from in-depth knowledge sharing sessions by Tim Völker, Director Sales & Marketing Gaming, and Andreas Jessen, Head of Product Management Gaming at Sennheiser Communications A/S, participants will learn how to choose the right gaming headset and can experience new worlds of audio performance in gaming, both on PC and console.

Legendary games are recorded on Sennheiser professional recording equipment

Sennheiser is ´the sound games are made of´. The teams behind renowned games such as Guild Wars, Hitman and Assassin's Creed have all used Sennheiser professional recording equipment to develop the audio for their games. Sennheiser's gaming headsets are engineered to reproduce the same high level of detailed acoustical quality that the game developers have intended for their gamers to hear.

Surround Sound reborn

The new GSX 1000 and 1200 PRO audio amplifiers feature Sennheiser's new Binaural Rendering Engine to create exceptionally immersive Surround Sound. Designed specifically around the needs of core gamers, the advanced 7.1 Surround Algorithm from Sennheiser offers exceptionally accurate positional sound to give gamers a competitive edge when playing at the limits.

With Sennheiser's new Binaural Rendering Engine, the GSX 1000 and GSX 1200 PRO create exceptionally immersive Surround Sound.

"With over seven decades of advancing the future of audio, our expert knowledge in audio has not only enabled us to create the best headphones in the world, or the microphones that many musicians adopt today. It has also enabled us to bring the real sound of games to our users. We are the only audio company that makes both the precision microphone equipment that games are recorded on, and the headsets used to play these games," said Tim Völker, Director Sales & Marketing Gaming, Sennheiser Communications A/S.

The preferred choice for gamers throughout the world

Sennheiser's newest gaming additions provide all the essential needs for gaming sessions, thanks to high quality materials and extensive testing to guarantee long-term durability. As all Sennheiser products, they come with a two-year international warranty. The latest gaming headsets and audio amplifiers are now available through Sennheiser's authorised dealers in Thailand and are priced at THB 3,990 (GSP 300), THB 5,790 (GSP 350), THB 12,490 (PC 373D), THB 9,590 (GSX 1000), and THB 10,990 (GSX 1200 PRO) respectively.
