Traka Web

An intuitive, browser-based central administration software, Traka Web provides all the tools an organization needs to centrally manage all Traka key cabinets and lockers. It arranges users and items side-by-side, allowing for easy remote administration.

With the ability to regionalize administrative control, different sectors of an organization can customize their respective security needs to make keys and assets more efficient and effective.

Key Cabinets

Traka's intelligent cabinets are designed to meet the needs of organizations of various sizes by hosting from 5 to 720 keys, ensuring that only authorised staff are allowed access to the custom key cabinets (and only then to designated keys).

Traka's powerful Rack Manager offers electronically controlled access to every server rack door in a data centre, with the ability to scale up to suit evolving infrastructure environments.

As with all of Traka's intelligent access management solutions, Rack Manager is controlled by user-friendly Traka Touch Software with embedded touchscreen technology, allowing instant customisable reporting and full audit control capability.

Rack Manager can limit access not only to authorised personnel, but also to specific time periods for each person. It includes exception reporting via email, with email alerts in instances such as doors being left open outside of designated curfew times.

Integration Engine

The powerful Integration Engine allows Traka administrators to link user permissions with existing access control. Administrators can seamlessly secure the premises and assets by ensuring staff cannot leave the building if they are still in possession of valuable assets or keys, as well as ensure that only authorised users have access to secure areas. Any changes made in the access levels on the access control database will automatically transfer into the Traka intelligent key cabinets and locker systems.
