AIS revolutionizes Thailand's retail by introducing AIS DigitALL Shop, the country's first unmanned store utilizing intelligence technology to create new customer experiences designed especially for Gen C. No queue, no counter service, and no cash are required. Phuket residents will be the first to delight in AIS DigitALL Shop, located on the 2nd floor, Central Floresta Phuket.

AIS DigitALL Shop consists of five zones:
1. Digit Personal Assistant. Meet LISA, an artificial intelligence ready to serve you with general information and guide you to product and service displays upon request.
2. Digit Order. Make self-order and purchase by yourself through touchscreen.
3. Digit Vending. Select AIS product, make payment and receive it instantly.
4. Digit Cafe. Enjoy coffee, drinks and snacks via Rabbit Line Pay vending machine and Smart Coffee Machine.
5. Digit Innovation. Exhibit latest technology from AIS to keep customers up to date.
Customers can pay for products and services quickly and conveniently in every zone using QR Payment from either Rabbit Line Pay or Thai QR Payment, also known as Prompt Pay."
