Spice Market Launches Thai-Mon Food Promotion at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok

The Spice Market introduces the traditional Thai-Mon Food Promotion at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok. Mon is an ethnic group from Burma, living along the southern Thai-Myanmar border. Due to vicinity of the two countries, a large numbers of Mon people migrated to Thailand and brought with them food culture. What better way to experience such culture than by having an authentic Thai-Mon culinary journey at The Spice Market.

For this Thai-Mon culinary event, Chef Ann will be serving the Thai-Mon a la carte menu including Thord Mun Pla Nor Kala (Deep-fried Spicy Fish Cake with Nor Kala Shoot), Gaeng Bon (Bon Acacia Curry with Beatle Fish). Ga La Mae Raman (Sweet Caramelized Pudding with Coconut Milk) and many other delightful dishes. Price starts from Baht 200 to Baht 380.
