Chinese Master Chef Wan jingson from Beijing brings his 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry to cooked traditional Szechuan specialties by using Chinese culinary herbs and spices. Wan Jingsong previously worked with Fairmont Beijing Hotel, Beijing Hilton Hotel, Beijing Szechwan restaurant before joining the Beijing Earls Golf Club.
The dinner buffet menu consists of Sour & spicy Szechwan soup / Poached chicken with spicy sauce / Braised sea cucumber with minced pork & chili sauce/ Saut?ed prawn with nuts & chili / Deep-fried crispy duck breast Szechwan style / Saut?ed shredded pork with chili & garlic sauce / Fried sliced pork with pepper &chili / Steamed spare rib with minced glutinous rice / Stir-fried chicken wing with dry chili &pepper / Fried bean curd with minced beef & chili sauce.
