Spice Market proudly presentsa special Pla In-see fish promotion. Pla In-see is a saltwater fish caught in the Gulf of Thailand, and it's known for salty, delicious flavor, and also commands a fairly high market price.Pla In-see is in the same family of mackerels, tunas and bonitos.

Chef Ann prepares a wide variety of a la carte menu, such as SA KOO SAI PLA IN-SEE (Tapioca Pearl Dumplings stuff with Mackerel, Coriander, Garlic, Shallots), PLA IN-SEE RUI SUAN (Deep-fried Mackerel Salad, Chili, Mint, Ground Roasted Rice), PLA IN-SEE TOM KEM (Simmered Mackerel, Sugar Cane, Soy Sauce, Ginger) and many more.
