Chef Laurent Peugeot’s profile

Michelin-star taste sensations from Burgundy, exquisitely accented by the celebrated Burgundian wines of Louis Jadot & Joseph Faively and a subtle essence of Japan await discovery at The Reflexions French contemporary cuisine restaurant as it warmly welcomes critics’ favourite Chef Laurent Peugeot.

The many other accolades M. Peugeot has earned include “2 Toques” by the influential French restaurant guide Gault&Millau for SushiKai, a Japanese restaurant, and Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide earned by chef’s latest project KOKI food&shop.

His trademark style fuses the hearty flavours of his beloved Burgundy with the conceptual simplicity of Japanese cuisine acquired during four years practicing his art there, a daring combination that has won the favour of even the most conservative gourmands.

An apparition of seared turbot with yuzu, pineapple, coconut, and meat jus served in a plastic bowl with smoked thyme so that it appears like a crystal ball and many other passionately created dishes promise delectable discoveries.

As any two paid guests explore his new perspectives in wine and gastronomy, they will enjoy a complimentary bottle of Burgundy wine by Louis Jadot & Joseph Faively, one of the oldest wineries in the region’s C?te d'Or and one of today’s most popular Burgundy vintages.

“I want my guests to feel awe when the dish is presented to them, and to be speechless when they taste my creation,” declares Peugeot. Tasting is believing.
