As part of our ongoing climb to excellence with our Michelin Chef Project “Star Tastes, Designed Plates” we are pleased to have guest chef Kei Kobayashi with us on Valentine’s night 14th February at VIE Hotel Bangkok and an evening by the beach on Saturday, 16th February at V Villas Hua Hin.
Kei’s cuisine is a fusion of savoury French traditional with all of the exquisite simplicity of Japanese culinary art and can be described as a perfect balance of everything delicious. With French sous-chef Julien Cadiou assisting him, Kei’s 8-course Valentine’s and By The Beach menu highlights include;

Foie gras confit, Passion Fruit or Mango, Coffee, Citrus, Preserved Citrus
