Chef McDang’s modern Thai creations are such as white turmeric salad, braised pork belly with quail egg, Larb duck burger served with Coleslaw, papaya salad dressing and French fries, and pan-fried marinated snapper with galangal Mushroom dressed with coconut cream sauce and sided with black rice, and pumpkin sankaya creme brule.
