Among the evening’s special dishes, enjoy hot and cold Chinese hors d'oeuvres including Dim Sum and beloved Shark's Fin Soup, as well as succulent main dishes such as Stuffed Fish Maw with Chinese Gravy, Stir-fried Beef with Peppercorn Sauce and E-fu Noodles with Abalone Sauce. Also, have a bite or two from our spectacular live cooking station serving Peking Duck and Roasted Crispy Chinese Pork Belly with Hoisin Sauce.
This culinary journey will be perfectly complimented by a range of refreshing beverages, including a selection of fine wines, and the relaxed surroundings of VIE Wine & Grill. Served 18.30 – 22.30 hrs, the dinner is priced at only THB 1,200++ per person for food only and merely an additional THB 750++ per person for free-flow wine.
