The fabulous dinner will be held on 14 February 2014 at La Gritta, an Italian Restaurant from 18:30 onwards. The set dinner will be offered with two different options; the first selection is available at THB 1,650++ per person and the second selection is a premium table, closer to the sea with a bottle of Gremillet Champagne, available at THB 6,990++ per couple.
Original Italian dishes prepared by an Italian chef will be served throughout the night; starting with an appetizer - pan fried foie gras “bruschetta”, wild mushrooms, Taleggio and Marsala reduction or buffalo Mozzarella cheese with hand sliced Parma ham, organic tomato and marinated artichokes. Followed by the main course - lobster bisque, lobster tortellini, pasture fed Australian tenderloin, truffle linguini, Madeira sauce and grilled vine tomatoes or grilled scallop and king prawn, caponata lemon saffron sauce and ended with strawberries to share and an Italian cheese selection.
