Bua Thai restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, invites you to enjoy Khao Chae, the classic Thai summer dish that is being presented by Chef Santiparp Petchwao during 12-21 April.

Khao Chae is a cooling dish of rice in jasmine water served with condiments that include stir-fried sweet dried turnip, stuffed shallot, deep-fried shrimp paste ball, sweet fish ball, and stuffed sweet pepper. All these irresistible condiments come in small portions and are served on a plate decorated with carved vegetables.
