With over 25 years' experience preparing her masterful dishes in Thailand and overseas, Chef Mom is a multi-award-winning chef who also appears as a regular judge on the popular hit TV show "The Iron Chef".
During her nine day tenure at Malati Restaurant & Bar, Chef Mom will treat patrons to a range of her sublime signature dishes, including irresistible starters such as Touy Gaeng Karee (Deep-fried Minced Prawns) and the fiery Nam Tok Nua (Spicy Grilled Beef Salad).
The outstanding chef will also be preparing enticing mains packed with unmistakably Thai flavors such as Panaeng Peak Gai Sod Sai (Panaeng Chicken Wing Curry) and Pla Phad Med Mamoung Himmapran (Wok-fried Sea Bass with onions & cashew nuts).
Chef Mom's exclusive Royal Thai menu for Malati will be available as individual dishes (starting from THB 280 net) or as an indulgent four-course set menu from THB 800 per person and THB 1,400 per person with wine pairings (three glasses).
Malati's own a la carte menus (Authentic Thai Cuisine and The Best of India) will remain available during this time.
