AirAsia Moving Domestic Counters at Phuket Airport Counters 40-44 to Relocate to Phase 1 Domestic Terminal This November 28, 2017 Onward

AirAsia will be relocating domestic check-in counters 40-44 and its ticketing counter to the 3rd floor of Phuket Airport's Phase 1 Domestic Terminal this November 28, 2017 onward in support of the airport's expansion plans.

AirAsia passenger services at Phuket Airport can be found as follows:
1. Domestic Check-In (Code FD) will be available at counters 40-44 at the Phase 1 Domestic Terminal (Phase 1 South)
2. International Check-In (Code FD/AK) and Fly Thru can be done at counters of Row D in the International Terminal (New)
3. Domestic and International Flight Booking can be done on either the 3rd Floor of the Phase 1 Domestic Terminal or the 3rd Floor of the International Terminal (New) between 03:45 and 23:00 hrs. daily
4. Pick up of Domestic Arrivals can be done at the Domestic Arrivals terminal while international arrivals can be picked up at the International Arrivals terminal (new)

For greater convenience, AirAsia recommends its passengers to do self check-in via www.airasia.com, mobile check-in or by using a self check-in Kiosk. New self baggage-drop machine is also available at both the airport's new and old terminals.
