On Songkran's Day, enjoy complimentary fun-filled activities throughout Friday, beginning at the Thai Pavilion with the ceremonial pouring of scented water over the Buddha image for prosperity from 9 am to 6 pm. Kids aged 4 - 12 years of age are invited to learn how to make and ride banana rib hobby horses (ma-karn-kluay) and how to weave fish from coconut leaves at the pool bar from 2 pm to 3 pm. A competition to build sand pagodas will be enjoyed at the hotel's beachfront from 5 pm to 6 pm as part of the Thai tradition.
On Saturday 14th April, experience the famous Saturday International Seafood BBQ buffet dinner including free flow wine, beer and soft drinks whilst listening to live acoustic performance by talented guitarist Santos Laurant at THB 1,350++ per person.
On Friday 13th and Sunday 15th, join the 'Songkran Funfair' at The Beach Club Restaurant from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Listen to acoustic tunes whilst enjoying a delicious buffet with an array of famous Thai street food from live cooking stalls in a local Thai village atmosphere. The menu highlights include papaya salad, fish cake, chicken satay, pad Thai, fried mussel pancake, Chiang Mai sausages, khao soi, khanom kroc and gluy tod at only THB 480++ per person.
