The beauty contest 'Miss Tourism Queen International 2018' organised by ERM (Thailand) Co., Ltd., aims to enhancing the world tourism development as a tourism ambassador, for crossing cultural exposure and to create friendship among contestants from different countries around the world.
This year the Tourism Authority of Thailand aims to promote tourism in a secondary province like Rayong, Chantaburi or Trat in the Eastern part of Thailand, the beauty pageant campaign takes all contestants on excursion to experience Rayong culture, living style, local food and summer fruit (i.e. durian, rambutan, mangosteen, mango, lanzones tree, etc.) Moreover, they also spend time for beach cleaning at Samet Island – one of the Eastern Seaboard island of Thailand as a part of social responsibility activity.
They will return to Bangkok for the final show on 16th May and the winner will be announced and crowned with a prize of US$10,000 from outgoing 2016 title holder, Ms. Anu Namshir from Mongolia.
