Flying Officer Nathachai Chandrsuda, Mission Commander, Aviation Resources Development Department, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), presided over the annual ceremony to present certificates to 28 new captains who completed the Airline Transition Training curriculum (ATT 04/18) at THAI Head Office. THAI Management and staff were also present.
