PEA teams with Messe Frankfurt to stage Thailand Lighting Fair 2018 under world-renowned Light + Building brand and with concept The future of light: smart, sustainable, humancentric

Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) today announces the staging of Thailand Lighting Fair 2018 in cooperation with Messe Frankfurt New EraBusiness Media Ltd, which has acquired Thailand Lighting Fair and Thailand Building Fair to expand the worldwide portfolio of its Light +Building brand of trade fairs.

Powered by Messe Frankfurt since their inception in 2015, the two fairs will now officially form part of the Light + Building family thattotals 14 fairs around the globe.

Messe Frankfurt will leverage its extensive international experience in growing trade fairs, while at the same time utilise its local organisingpartners' knowledge to propel the fairs forward as ASEAN's leading trade shows for lighting and building technology, design andapplication.

Thailand Lighting Fair and Thailand Building Fair will be held from 8 – 10 November at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre(BITEC). The 2018 edition is expected to feature over 500 booths utilising some 10,000 sqm of exhibition space.

PEA Governor Mr Sermsakool Klaikaew, said: "Provincial Electricity Authority has been hosted Thailand Lighting Fair for the fourth consecutive year to support the showcase of ASEAN's most innovative lighting technology and business networking platform. It is the center of knowledge on lighting technology transfer to domestic and international in all sectors. This has resulted in national business expansion and promote the overall economy of the country."
