J. Allen Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts along with Christopher W. Norton, President, Global Product and Chief Operating Officer, visited Bangkok for an in-depth inspection of Chao Phraya Estate and the two new developments that will soon join Four Seasons portfolio of world-class properties; Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River – the first Four Seasons private residence waterfront development in Asia.

Ben Taechaubol, Chief Executive Officer of Country Group Development confirms that the project construction timeline is going according to plan. "I am happy to announce that the construction progress of Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, is on target and ahead of schedule", said Ben Taechaubol "within the next quarter, locals and visitors of Bangkok can glance over the river to find a glimpse of an architectural building and structure well on its way. As for Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, our design teams are currently refining the detailed blueprints, following the finalisation of landscape designs".

With the project scheduled for completion during the fourth quarter of 2018, the three men shared their enthusiasm for the project that aims to redefine the luxury hospitality market in Bangkok, "Our dedicated teams have completely re-examined and distilled the meaning of real luxury and applied it to Chao Phraya Estate.
