BLAND invests 4 billion baht in parking structures with a total capacity of 15,000 spaces to support IMPACT and facilitate more than 800 large-scale events

Bangkok Land Public Company Limited has invested an estimated 4 billion baht (excluding land value) in parking structures that can accommodate a total of 15,000 vehicles in order to support the business of IMPACT, its subsidiary, and to facilitate more than 800 international events being held each year at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center Muang Thong Thani as well as to provide the ultimate convenience to more than 10 million visitors from all over the world, especially during large-scale events with a huge attendance including concerts, Discount Overload, Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair, Baan Lae Suan Fair and Thailand International Motor Expo.

Miss Jintana Phongpakdee, Corporate Communications Director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., said: "The investment in parking structures will benefit businesses of both Bangkok Land and IMPACT and enable the two companies to grow side by side in a sustainable way. There are currently three indoor parking buildings including Indoor Parking 1 (IMPACT Challenger), Indoor Parking 2 (IMPACT Forum) and Indoor Parking 3 (Outlet Square) and eight outdoor parking structures available at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani complex, and all of them are equipped with comprehensive security systems. We offer the largest number of parking spaces compared to other venues in Thailand."

"With the completion and opening of Outdoor Parking 4B located next to Silpakorn University and IMPACT Sports Club that offers 600 spaces, the traffic flow is smoother and our customers and visitors are provided with more choices for parking and the ultimate convenience," Miss Jintana added.
